La catedral de Galway es una de las
catedrales más bonitas que he visto nunca. Cuando la ves por fuera, parece un
gran castillo antiquísimo, por sus
paredes de piedra, las vidrieras y rosetones que la adornan.
Cuando entras en ella, el primer
olor que te viene es de incienso, lo que hace que huela bastante bien. Además,
hay muchos cuadros y esculturas de Jesús (hay una muy bonita de la Crucifixión), de la Virgen y de algunos santos.
En las misas, es normal que el coro
cante -lo hacen muy bien por cierto- y que el gran órgano acompañe a las voces con una bonita melodía.

The Galway´s Cathedral is one of the most beautiful cathedrals I've
ever seen. Outside looks like a big antique castle, because the stone walls, the stained glass
windows and rosettes that decorate it.
When you go inside, the first thing that comes is smell of incense,
which makes it smell pretty good. In addition, there are many paintings and
sculptures of Jesus (there is a very nice about Crucifixion), the Virgin and
some saints.
In Masses, it is normal that the choir sing -they do very well indeed-
and that the great organ support the voices with a nice melody.
