El primer día
fuimos nosotros a los coles para presentarnos a nuestros compañeros y al
profesor, y todos los
niños Irlandeses estaban muy animados por nuestra llegada. No sé por qué digo eso, dado que el resto de los días TAMBIÉN fuimos
nosotros a los coles: todavía no se ha dado el caso de un cole que se haya
acercado a Ballyglunin.
Y sí, lo confieso... Como ya os ha contado Pablo (estamos en el
mismo cole), los Irlandeses son un poco
brutos y muy resistentes, pero yo fui el que dió primero un codazo a una niña –sin querer, por supuesto- y me quedé sin poder moverlo mientras ella seguía
corriendo como si nada. Da miedo cuando vienen corriendo delante de ti con el
balón… E incluso sin que lleven el balón: algunos llevan protector en la boca y
sólo con apretarlo mientras están sentados da más miedo todavía. Aquí los niños son
muy majos y educados, y los profesores te ayudan en lo que necesites.
En la clase
hay un montón de cosas: una pizarra eléctrica, ordenadores, un esqueleto de
plástico, muchos carteles en inglés, sillas y mesas, niños y niñas, un gimnasio y un patio donde jugamos al futbol y al
baloncesto.
En conclusión…
El colegio en el que estamos nos gusta mucho.

The first day we went to the school for introduce ourselves
to our partners and the teacher, and all the Irish boys were happy about our arrival. Actually, I don´t know why I´m telling that,
because the next days we CONTINUE going to the school by the moment: It hasn´t ever happened
yet than a school get introduced to us.
But I need to confess... as Pablo told you before (we are in the same school), Irish
people are a little bit rude and very resistant: I was who crashed against that
girl –without want it- and while I couldn´t move the arm, she continued running
as if anything would have happened. It screams when they come running toward you
with the ball… And without the ball: some of them carry mouth´s protectors, and
if they only press it I get even more scared. The
children are very nice and polite, and teachers help you always in anything
that you need.
Into the class there is a lot of things: digital
boards, computers, a plastic skeleton, many posters written in English, chairs
and tables, boys and girls, a gym and a playgroung in which we play football
and basketball.
To sum it up… We love our Irish school!
